Speak to a specialistWhich windsocks does the swivel arm fit?
Every Falcon Snap-On windsock pairs with the swivel arm via the galvanized karabina harness. That includes the 4 ft, 7 ft and 12 ft Snap-On sizes.
The swivel arm is not designed for Lace-On windsocks, which are secured directly to fixed hoops or cages.
What pole size does the swivel arm fit?
The swivel arm has a 50 mm slot-in fixing and fits standard 50 mm masts and poles. Poles are not supplied with the arm.
If you are specifying a new installation and need pole and arm together, contact us and we will quote the complete assembly.
Is the swivel arm suitable for coastal or marine sites?
Yes. The arm is hot-dip galvanized to BS EN ISO 1461 and rated for continuous exposure in coastal, industrial and marine environments. The swivel bearing is sealed stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
Can I replace the windsock without removing the arm?
Yes. The galvanized karabina harness allows the windsock to be removed and replaced in under a minute without tools or lowering the pole.
What is your US delivery lead time?
Swivel arms leave the workshop the next business day on orders placed before 2pm UK time. US delivery is 4 to 7 business days, with all duties and import taxes paid.
What warranty applies?
Falcon swivel arms carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers galvanizing failure, bearing failure and material defect under normal use. The warranty does not cover impact damage or use outside the product's specified conditions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We regularly ship swivel arms to the European Union, Middle East, North America and Commonwealth countries. Delivery is free worldwide.
Where is the swivel arm manufactured?
Falcon swivel arms are manufactured in the United Kingdom. Galvanizing is carried out by a UK-based ISO 1461 certified coater. Every arm is inspected before despatch.
