Returns and refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your Falcon Windsocks purchase. This policy sets out your rights if something is wrong with your order or if you change your mind.

Consumer orders (buying as an individual)

If you are buying for personal use you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. This is under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

We will refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Business orders

Most of our customers are businesses ordering for commercial, aviation or industrial use. Business sales are not covered by the consumer cancellation rules above, but we will always consider return requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Bespoke windsocks, custom sizes and made-to-order items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty or damaged goods

Inspect your order on arrival. If any item is damaged in transit, faulty or does not match the specification, contact us within 7 days at sales@falconwindsocks.com. Please include your order number and photographs if possible.

We will replace the item, repair it or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Warranty

Falcon Snap-On and Lace-On windsocks are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of delivery. Swivel arms are warranted for 12 months against galvanising failure and bearing failure. The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, impact damage, storm damage or use outside the product's specified conditions.

How to return an item

Please email sales@falconwindsocks.com before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions and a returns reference. Items returned without prior notice may be delayed in processing.

Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 10 working days once processed, depending on your card issuer.
