Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Falcon Windsocks website and any orders you place with us. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

Who you are contracting with

Orders placed through this site are with Falcon Windsocks. Our contact details are sales@falconwindsocks.com and +44 20 4634 1771. Our registered business details are shown at the foot of the site and on every invoice.

Prices and VAT

Prices on the site are shown in pounds sterling and, by default, exclude VAT. UK VAT is added at the applicable rate at checkout for delivery addresses within the UK. Orders for delivery outside the UK are zero-rated for UK VAT where eligible. Local taxes and import duties may apply at destination.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We will send an order acknowledgement by email. A binding contract is formed only when we despatch the goods or, for bespoke items, when we formally accept your purchase order.

We reserve the right to decline any order, for example where stock is unexpectedly unavailable, where pricing information is clearly wrong, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order through Shopify Payments, PayPal or other authorised methods shown at checkout. Trade customers with an approved account may request a pro forma invoice. All payments are due in full before despatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery and risk

We aim to despatch orders in line with our shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes when payment has been received in full.

Warranty and returns

Falcon products are warranted against manufacturing defects as set out in our returns and refunds policy. That policy also explains your cancellation rights as a consumer and our returns process for business buyers.

Product information

We take care to describe our products accurately. Dimensions, weights and colours are indicative and may vary slightly between production batches. Images are for illustration. If a precise specification is required, request a datasheet or a formal quotation before ordering.

Intellectual property

The Falcon Windsocks name, logo, product designs, photography and site content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

We do not limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising out of or connected to a purchase is limited to the price paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption.

Data protection

We handle personal data in line with our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the date of your order is the version that applies.
