Shipping and delivery

We aim to despatch every Falcon Windsocks order quickly and deliver it in good condition. This policy sets out our standard lead times, carriers and international terms.

Free delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all Falcon Windsocks orders, both in the UK and internationally. No minimum order value applies.

UK orders

UK orders placed before 2pm on a working day are despatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at the weekend, are despatched on the next working day.

Standard UK delivery is 1 to 2 working days via tracked courier. You will receive tracking by email once your order is despatched.

International orders

We ship to the European Union, United States, Canada, Australia, the Middle East and Commonwealth countries. Indicative delivery times from despatch:

  • European Union: 3 to 5 working days
  • United States and Canada: 5 to 8 working days
  • Rest of world: 7 to 14 working days

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders outside the UK, local customs duties and import taxes may apply on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We declare all shipments accurately and provide commercial invoices for customs clearance.

If you are ordering for delivery to an EU member state and need us to quote on a DDP (delivered duty paid) basis, contact us at sales@falconwindsocks.com before ordering.

Bespoke and large orders

Standard lead times apply to in-stock items. Bespoke sizes, custom colours, large volumes and pole-and-arm assemblies are quoted individually. We will confirm the production lead time and delivery date on your formal quotation.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@falconwindsocks.com with your order number. We will trace the shipment with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the goods cannot be recovered.

Collections

Collection from our UK premises is available for trade customers by prior arrangement. Please contact us to organise.
